epartment arrested two alleged terrorists linked with Daesh. The terrorists had planned to at
tack personnel of law enforcement agencies in Sialkot.
According to reports, the Sialkot CTD got information that two terrorists belonging to
the proscribed organisation Daesh were present in the area near Dharm Ko
t Pasroor Road. The terrorists were reportedly planning to attack sensitive installations in the city.
The arrested terrorists were identified as Gulfam Khan, alias Abu Akasha, and Usman Ansar. LEAs recov
ed 450 grammes of explosives, two detonators, and a 2.5 feet primacord from them.
A case has been registered against the accused at Police Station CTD Gujranwala. Moreover, an investigation has been started.
